We have all been through the process and we want to help you reach your dreams as well. About Elaine Li, founder Hi! My name is Elaine Li and I am a current student at Cornell University. I was also accepted at the University of Texas’s McCombs Business Honors Program. As a young adult, I have around 3 years of tutoring experience. I have tutored kids from elementary to high school. I scored a 1560 on my SAT (760 English, 800 Math). Therefore, I am confident in my ability to help you achieve a better score. I am comfortable tutoring online, using Zoom as a platform. My goal is to make the testing process more bearable and understandable. I can tutor the courses listed below: - SAT Math - SAT English - Elementary Math - Algebra 1 - College Application Advice Our team is made up of qualified tutors that have TA'ed in college, excelled in high school (valedictorians/salutatorians), high SAT scores, Ph.D. Grad Student, etc. We will create a curated and personalized curriculum just for you to succeed. We hope to talk to you soon!

I started teaching when I became a daycare counselor and I taught children from 1st grade-7th grade in English and math. I absolutely loved the experience and continued to tutor once I left for college.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new student is to assess their preliminary needs (diagnostic test or topics student wants to cover). Then, we can create a curriculum based on the student's needs and targets. In addition, we set goals for the students to achieve over the coming weeks.

I have worked with students from 1st grade up to 11th grade.
