About Cesar
I'm Julio César Manzano — MBA, Fulbright Scholar, certified ESOL teacher (MD/TX), 8+ years across the U.S., Spain, and Italy.
I’m also the Founder & CEO of Camino Academy remotely where I serve Spanish-speaking professionals in the U.S. and Latin America. I designed and launched three-tier service model (1-on-1 coaching, self-paced digital courses, and membership community).

I graduated with an English degree and sought an alternative teaching program through Region One in 2018. I started teaching at a Title 1 school, and have been there since.
I am a Texas certified English Language Arts and English as a Second Language teacher (7-12th grade). My most recent experience has been working with middle school students. Prior to that, I was an English tutor at the university level.
