I started teaching as I a was assisting my classmates when my lecturers weren't available, since then I realized I had the skills to continue pursuing this, therefore I did and I have the qualifications to do so.

Understanding their needs, working out the process between us to see the best way for to assist then resolve their issues, or tutor them.
Ranging from kindergarten through university students older than I am, adults, teenagers etc.
Try to understand their personality, their level of patience, how they respond to questions and their tenacity to get the job done. The little details will make a big difference in the future.
A recent event I hold so dearly is when I taught a class of 33 students who prior to my lessons could not grasp the knowledge until I taught them. Not only am I proud that they understood but that I was the same age and even younger than many of these students.
