About Allen
After six years in journalism, I am going back to school for my MA in English and Creative Writing. I have a passion for telling stories and want to help others share their tales.
I have six years of journalism experience and have covered several beats including news, arts, entertainment, education and sports. My skills include writing, copyediting, page design and photography. I have also been writing fiction for several years.
I acquired my AA from Spokane Falls Community College, my bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University and am currently enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University's English and Creative Writing program.
