About Steve
As a Trainer and Course Developer for over 20 years, I can help you learn! With experience in public speaking, online learning and helping others, I have the patience to guide students through understanding new skills and subject competency.
Helping others learn new skills or understand written material is what I enjoy most.
I became a trainer for America West Airlines back in 1996, and have been training others ever since, through leadership development courses and hands-on tutorials.
Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) from Arizona State University, with emphasis in Tourism Studies, Travel & Tourism Management and Commercial Recreation
