About Jerarlyn
I currently work as a Bilingual Instructional Assistant at a Elementary/Middle School, I mostly work with grades k-3 and help small groups of kids as well as 1-on-1 and independent/extra support to students on a daily basis. I am trying to obtain more opportunities as a part time job during the evenings (after school hours) as well as during the whole summer break :) I have been doing this officialy for about a year now, but have experience tutoring for about 2 years more, but not in a physical school job. I have my Paraprofessional Certification and I also have a Seal of Biliteracy.

I first like to know what their current level and strenghts are, if I am not so sure I like to do a couple of assesments to make sure I am able to help them the most. I also like to see what kind of learner they are, whether they are visual or auditory learners etc. I like to know what they mostly struggle with and also like to see what kind of subject and activities they like the most to go based off that.
