I would get to know them understand where they lack in the Subject and enhance them in the paticular area making sure the child is not left behind on the topic
A lot my students have excelled in the subject getting A's in my subject and class
That he should like the teacher you cant just be with a teacher who is bad that gives a bad influence on the subject and the teacher.
The cambridge Checkpoint Exmas i have helped students to prepare for that.
