I ask for the topics or particular question the student has, to assess if I will be able to help them and then negotiate the terms. I can offer online lectures thru zoom, or written lectures if necessary.
I will always make sure to serve the student's interest.
I worked with students about my same age, those younger than me, with different learning methods, also those that are from different regions of the world (as long as they can absorb lessons using the english medium).
