About Dave
Trashing art studio came from my work with plastic pollution. Cleaning the environment and teaching about the pollution issue at hand. Also making artwork as my "Plastic Ocean" which is a hanging installation of single use plastic poison. This shows the pollution in the ocean harmful to the sea creatures. In Teaching I am very versatile in all mediums and styles from 2d to 3d from portrait and landscape sketches, drawings, paintings to abstract art. Ink, Charcoal, SoftPastel, OilPastel, AcrylicPaint, OilPaint, Mixed Media anything I can do I can teach. I also work with political, social, and environmental activists statement art and also cartooning. I went to MCC for my associates degree in Fine Art I have been an artist my whole life, yet have been honing my skills the past 10years. I am extremely excited and happy to see how my art has grown and love to watch and help others grow to their art. Before MCC I was in Webster art club and won my first merit award while at MCC I had two full showcases 24 pieces in all. I love to study and produce work daily I can teach quickly how to quickly produce or how to have a long term project that builds to realism.
