#2. I figure out their study style and what inspires them.
#3. Prepare them to draw, ie. do drawing excercises maybe do a short game.
#4. Help them and give them some pointers on the subject.
#5. If they want I can teach them some other stuff
Don't try to make anything art related perfect. You can try to make it look accurate maybe if you are drawing from reference but remember its art, If you do this after a while your art will be amazing without trying to make it look perfect
draw every day. You dont have to spend hours in your sketchbook a half an hour or even twenty minutes a day will be good. But it is still important to draw every day because it will keed your mind focused on the way art is in everyday life which eventually will drastically effect your art.
