Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping someone develop their artistic talents. Like everything, creating great art starts with mastering the foundation. The simple things are hard at first, but once they become second nature, then your artistic talents will blossom and you might even amaze yourself!

First I want to see what they've been drawing and what their interests are and what their future ambitions might be. Once we determine their level of progress, I take them back to the basics for a bit to establish a foundation. Drawing something well requires intimate knowledge of that subject and layout and perspective must be perfected before rendering can begin.
