About AcrylicsandCorks
We are a locally owned art studio.
We love teaching people how to draw and paint! It's a very rewarding feeling to ignite a new passion or help discover a talent that they might not have known they had.
We teach art a couple of ways. We teach individuals techniques so they have the skill and ability to draw and paint on their own and we also teach less structured classes to groups just for fun.
In 2017 we were bestowed the honor of being a "Top 10 paint and sip companies in Minnesota".

When my friends & I visited, Laurie was so accommodating, fun and made us feel like we WERE artists. Even for those who have never lifted a paint brush & are nervous about going & trying something they've never done before, dont be afraid. Anyone can do it. I also love Laurie's fun personality & her willingness to accommodate you. Her studio reflects that personality too- all the artistic and vintage pieces are SO fun to admire, & it takes you right down memory lane. I need to go again soon. 😊
