About Aurelia

My passion for art started as a young child. I have worked with Young Rembrandts and an Assistant gallery coordinator at Artpie In Waukegan, Illinois. My classes are geared toward children or adults. Everyone will walk away with a painting and feeling inspired. IG radgirl69 or FB Once upon A Canvas

I started teaching art at my daughters after school program. The school needed help and I was already involved with the school as a volunteer.

I am self taught since grade school. Throughout the years I have taken several art classes at my local college and have several mentors I've personally worked with. I have been a an art instructor with Young Rembrandts for grade school children. Previously worked as gallery assistant with Artpie Gallery and School.

About the lesson

I like to set up a time to talk to the student and or parent and get to know what they are interested in and share a little about myself.

I have worked with ages 1-70. My experience also includes children with a wide range of learning disabilities.

Look for a fun and patient instructor. One that makes sure your art experience and learning is fun, peaceful, respectful and keeps you interested in world of art.

I am really impressed with the local art exhibits where the public are able to experience famous works in an interactive setting.
