About Linda
I have 20 years experience teaching in public schools, eight years in Middle school and 12 years high school. I have taught all levels for community school programs as well as private lessons. I teach project based beginners drawing and painting leading to more advanced projects. Art history and art vocabulary are part of each project. I have a NJ Teacher of Art K-12 certificate and all lessons and assessments are aligned to the NJ Core Curriculum Content Standards. Materials needed are dependent on the lessons requested. I have been certified and teaching for 20 years. I have been an artist my entire life. I love what I do and do what I love. If I’m not teaching I’m at home working on my own art. I couldn’t imagine being anything but an artist and I enjoy bringing out the artist in others.
