About Misty
I'm a self taught artist of over 25 years. I am an animal/wildlife artist working in oils and acrylics. I love painting in realism. I also enjoy painting landscapes and portaits.
I'm a juried member of Tamarack- Best of West Virginia.
My wildlife art was included in the 2019 West Virginia Division of Natural Rescources Wildlife Calendar, and two of my paintings were selected for their 2020 calendar.
A collection of 22 of my wildlife prints in bookform were recently selected for inclusion into the United States Library of Congress.
I am self taught. The student would be leaning my unique way of painting.
