About Deb
I am an artist with over 27 years experience in public art services. I work in a variety of mediums including oil’s, pastels, watercolors and acrylics.
Painting has always been my passion. When I’m painting I have no other cares and time simply disappears. To me, art not is hobby but a way of life.
I enjoy sharing my artistic skills, so it was natural for me.
Studied fine art at the Kansas City Art Institute
Over 30 years as a portrait painter
Professional Caricature artist since 1996
Receive recurring art instruction at the Angel Academy of art Florence, Italy.

I get to know the needs and wants of a new student by conversation and informal sketching session. Based on their ability & knowledge, I will share my techniques & personal experience: begining at their level and working towards better drawing and painting at their own pace; all the while making it an enjoyable & stress-free experience.
I have worked with children as young as nine years old, senior citizens and everything in between!
Look for an artist that you feel comfortable with: that is friendly, but also with experience and expertise. Someone that will help you get the results you want in a comfortable artistic environment.
In the past month, I have had two siblings in my studio practicing at different levels each one with their own separate lessons.
