About Adrienne
I have and will always be a true artist at heart. I began drawing and painting since I could hold a crayon and a paint brush. Art is something that is a transcendent part of existence. To create is to discover a mysterious part of yourself you never knew was there before and going through the process is like facing all your obstacles at once. The end result is more powerful than you realize.
I am a certified K-12 Art educator in the NJ public school system for the past 10 years. Beyond that I have taught drawing lessons, private lessons, painting parties, online tutorials and at camps from children as young as 2 years old and all the way to 95 years old. My 20 years of experience has given me invaluable insight into teaching many different skill sets.

I love not only being able to share my gift but as I stated, Art is a self discovery process. It's one of the most amazing things life has to offer!
I have always been a teacher, even before I got my degree. I was teaching little children while going to college Art.
I am a certified K-12 NJ Art teacher. I have also had almost 20 years of experiences teaching all different ages to paint, draw and create through various jobs.

I begin by addressing what he or she is passionate about learning; style, technique, subject matter, materials and media.
All types; I have done many painting parties for a variety of ages from children to adults. Worked with senior citizens and taught private drawing and painting lessons on the side.
Find a teacher your comfortable with and think you will get a lot of wisdom from. Someone that will work with your personality and guide you successfully in what you're learning.
I noticed a quote from Bob Ross that said "Gotta have opposites dark and light, light and dark in painting. It's like in life. Gotta hve a little sadness once in a while so you know when the good times come. I'm waiting on the good times now."
I think this is pertinent given our current situation as it we have to understand that in life there has to be a balance and we don't need to try and understand everything. We need to learn to take the good with the bad and relish in both.
