We were students in the same Performing Arts Complex in New York, Mary Anne and I. She was the girl I emulated and envied, who danced like no one was watching – proving that dance was between her and God; displaying her gift in a way I only dreamed to. She owned and operated dance studios in New York as we raised our families and she moved to Maine. Only the distance prevented me from putting my own daughters in her care and instruction – to learn the very heart of dance with a passion like only Mary Anne can bring. Her home studio is a gift from God that very few can comprehend – what happens there is magical. Adults, children, special needs … when it comes to dance, Mary Anne Dalleo will never disappoint with an experience you just can’t put a price on. As I long to dance in my latter years with physical challenges of my own; I do wish Mary Anne were here in New York to encourage and guide me like she was born to do.

MaryAnne was my dance instructor in tap and jazz. She made each class a fun learning experience. Her patience with adult dancers was so appreciated her and love for her young students so endearing. To say she gave me confidence to dance in public would be an understatement. Recitals were well planned and enjoyed by all. Thank you for being a Number One dance instructor!!

Have known Mary Anne since we were 3 and danced together for many years. When she opened her own dance studio it was as if she had been teaching all of her life. She was taught by the best dance teachers ever — Estelle & Alfonso. She is a truly beautiful and loving person. Anyone who takes any of her classes should feel so blessed !

I participated in arobics classes with Miss Mary Anne in the past. Unfortunetly for me she related her life with her family or I would have continued. She is a talented very experienced dancer. She keeps thibgs light n fun. I enjoyed every class I had with her. Wish she was still local....my loss!!

I can’t tell you how much Mary Anne helped us. Omg. What a pro. Great price and so much fun we were sad when it was over but she is now a family friend. That’s the type of person she is. ! Thank you Mary Anne. :)
