Bridgette is a charismatic and highly motivated individual who loves to promote health and wellness. Seeking to use my twenty plus years of dancing and athletic training to motivate individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. She is well-versed in full body conditioning, strength training and sports conditioning and multiple styles of dance.
Education:
Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance- Temple University
Post Baccalaureate Premed- City College of New York
Certifications:
American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/ AED, Balanced Body Pilates.

Body Sculpting, Weightlifting, Running, Dance Fitness Pilates and Stretching
