About Lisa
Lincoln Park Dance Company offers a wide variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We have classes for children starting at age 3 through dedicated adult only classes. Our studio offers a friendly environment where all dancers are welcomed.
We simply love to dance and spread the joy of dance to others. Dance allows you to express yourself in so many ways and provides an emotional outlet. Additionally, the health benefits attributed to participating in dance are astounding. Dance is recognized as the best form of exercise for both your physical and mental well-being. Studies show that dance is the best activity to participate in to prevent the onset of conditions such as Alzheimers or Dementia.

Students are welcome to try any class with no commitment. If one genre is not a good fit for the student, they are welcome to try another dance genre. Once we find the best fit, adult students may register for the session or attend on a drop-in basis. Classes for children are run by the session.
