About Kimberly
Our business stands out because our purpose is to introduce dance and movement as a psychotherapeutic approach to holistic healing of mind, body, and soul. Using various dance forms, we encourage each dancer to be free while exploring their own creativity and discovering their inner peace. We also strive to empower each participant with the confidence to perform any dance form to the best of their ability without any insecurities or doubt.
I enjoy being creative and the self-confidence that this brings. I enjoy using dance as a means to communicate life experiences, emotions, and, things of the spirit and soul.
I have a bachelors of arts degree in Psychology. I have been a dancer my entire life and healer through dance for over 10 years. I am also a dance fitness instructor.
