Rho teaches GROOV3 on Wednesdays at 7:30pm at OnOne Studios, and it is a blast! Groov3 is an easy-to-follow hip hop class with a live DJ and great vibes. Rho is a super fun, sassy instructor who breaks down the choreography so that anyone can learn it. The studio is large, welcoming, and conveniently located off the 680 freeway.

Amazing energy, great instruction, love the music/choreography, and the classes are fun with great people.

Rho Rho is amazing! I was able to keep up with the dance routines in her class because she teaches at a good pace, but also kept it challenging, yet fun! She has great energy and she sure knows how to move and dance. Her classes are a great way to get an alternative cardio workout. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes!

She is excellent a Hip hop instructor, DanceWithRho class it's lot of energy and fun, and every week we learned difference the routine.
Also every time in the class have life DJ music, I don't what to miss any classes. :)

I noticed how she immediately asked who was new and made me feel welcomed and at ease. I liked that she explained her hand signals and that I should not tap the top of my head when she does it.

Rho is a pro. She has a ton of energy. She's an awesome dancer and fun instructor. She has gotten me hooked on Groov3. The energy and music always puts me in a great mood and I always leave happy and sweaty!

Love Rho’s style of teaching which is effective; meaning she breaks down steps where it’s easy to follow. She is so much fun and her energy is infectious!
