About Heather
My service stands out because I understand that my clients have a busy schedule too and are not always able to get dance lessons during the times that a business is open. With my services, I work around the customer's schedule to help them achieve their goal.
I enjoy my work because it is my passion. I beleive that dance and music is therapeutic, and even though you may not be a perfessional, it's more about felling the music, expressing yourself, and just having fun! To me, there is no such thing as a bad dancer.
When I was 10 years old, I was asked to be a choreographer and technique coach of a cheerleading team consisting 30 girls between the ages of 6-7. This opportunity made me realize my passion for dance and teaching dance. I then strived and succeeded being the choreographer and technique coach of my high school cheerleading team and dance team, as well as, Atlanta Xplosion cheerleading.
Dance has been a part of my life since I can remember. Once my parents realized that it was my passion (at the age of 6), they put me in dance classes and cheerleading. I am interested in all styles of dance and always strive to learn more. I have used my talent in recreational, middle school, high school, competition, semi-professional, and professional settings.

First I start out by asking my student the reason for seeking lessons and if there is a deadline. Then we discuss the style of dance they are interested in, if they have a song in mind or need assistance selecting, and how much time and dedication they have to provide to the lessons.
I have worked with many types of students! Those who are advanced, ones who have little to no dance experience, and those who have 2 left feet with no rhythm.

Details
Classes can be purchased in packages of 5 at either 30 minutes a class or 1 hour a class. The more classes you purchase at the time of transaction, you will receive a discounted price.
