About Courtney
I love to crochet and teaching! I find that teaching makes me a better crafter too! I have taught many people how to crochet from 'start to finish' and I have helped people learn a specific stitch or skill. Either way it's extremely rewarding!
I've been a teacher for over 10 years and I love to crochet! It doesn't feel like work because it's so much fun!
I have a Masters in educational studies in addition to 10 years of experience teaching.

I like to review what my student knows first. Then I make sure they have the exact same tools as I do. That way my work looks similar to theirs. Then we establish goals: is their a stitch they're stuck on? Or are they just trying to get the fundamentals down?

Details
For virtual classes, I start at $20 an hour ($10 a half hour).
My rate for commission piece is a slightly less but that's because I can crochet while doing other things. When I teach that's all I'm doing and you have my full attention.
