About Mike
I offer personalized classes involving traditional French techniques and basic knife skills. Perfect for the home culinarian looking to expand their knowledge. I have a wide skill set ranging from baking and pastries, to sushi, and most everything in between. So if you want to know, ask! Just remember, never trust a skinny chef! I also provide home dinner services. Contact me for more details.
I LOVE to cook. I have a Certificate in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Nashville, Tennessee with over 10 years of experience. While working in the culinary industry, I have had the opportunity to work with many talented individuals. Some I learned from, and many of whom I trained. If you get as excited about incredible works of art on a dinner plate as I do, then let's begin!
I obtained a Certificate in Culinary Arts from The Art Institue of Nashville Tennessee in 2007. I have more than 10 years of experience in the culinary industry.
