About Lee
Food is my life, it is the energy we put into nourishing ourselves and the people most important to us. I travel the world, explore and research different cuisines to add to my own diverse background. I teach intuitive, creative and mindful cooking. Focusing on connecting to the ingredients and our personal growth. I awaken your inner Chef and build your confidence with basic yet intruquit skills. I have been cooking almost my entire life starting with flipping burgers at McDonald’s and baking donuts while I was a teenager. Today I own a small local catering company which focuses on healing foods, diverse seasonal ingredients from all over the world. I am self taught With certified French cuisine basics. I love and enjoy empowering and educating people to find themselves creatively connecting and sharing their own personal touch in the kitchen. When we sit together and bond over the food we just made and discuss the memories and stories of food and cooking.
I was working for a personal client as a personal chef and a client asked me to teach a small group of them. I fell in love and have been doing it ever since.
