About Katy
Classically trained chef by well renowned Le Cordon Bleu. 24+ years of restaurant experience. Healthy gourmet. I have lived in the Midwest, Southwest, and I have traveled the world adding to the depths of my culinary palet giving you more of an experience.
I love to use my Science background for cooking producing tons of different fusions that is not like any other. Food is a passion for me and a lifestyle. I show my love through my cooking rather it be a comfort meal or a meal for a strict diet, you can always find flavor. Helping others learn how to eat more healthy and whole while enjoying their food, is amazing to me too.
