About Christopher
Christopher is a former owner of two restaurants in Seattle Washington named “Mame’s Caberet” and “Speedy Gonzales”. He also founded the Casa Cebadillas, in Torrox Pueblo Spain which provided themed dinner parties and functioned as a culinary School. He has a lot of experience in cooking as well as managing large professional kitchens.
Pirate Palms in Naples Florida offers classes utilizing basic ethnic principles for authenticity. If you are a beginner or a seasoned Chef, Christopher can offer a variety of teaching methods to match with the individual’s needs.
Christopher is the author of 3 books which are available on Amazon: Dinner for Six at 8:00, Kitchen Disasters, Solutions and Substitutions and Confessions of a Starchivore.
