As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in integrative nutrition, I create therapeutic menus to promote optimal wellness.

Rates are $500 total for 2hrs and up to 4 people, typically includes 2 entrees and 2 sides, depending on needs. Top quality ingredients, organic where available included. Bring containers to take leftovers.
I specialize in making healthy foods taste good.
Learn how to compose beautiful delicious meals combining various colors, flavors, and textures that will appeal to your palate, and be aesthetically appealing.
I do not specialize in baking, or French cuisine with heavy sauces, or BBQ type cuisine. Please seek another professional for these styles.

I meet clients where they are at. Any level welcome. All lessons individualized. We discuss preferences, allergies, goals, and collaborate on the menu. Classes can be more observational, or more participatory based on needs preferences. You will feel more comfortable in the kitchen, and have good, easy recipes that work, and will become a staple in your kitchen.
NOTE: PLANT BASED HEALTHY CUISINE ONLY - not fried, French, BBQ, heavy sauces type cuisine
If you are vegan, vegetarian, or just veg-curious, I am an ideal match.
If you are using a therapeutic diet for weight loss or to manage conditions like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other conditions, I am an ideal match for you.
The instructor should have credentials and experience.
