I am the world's worst cook, but I love to bake. I asked Connie to help me learn how to make a roast chicken dinner for my husband for our anniversary. She was so patient and wonderful with me. Guiding me through the steps, and praising me even when I din't quite get it. She made me feel like I could get it, and with time and practice with her I did! We made a meal with roast chicken, stuffing (which was to die for), mashed potatoes (from scratch), dinner rolls and salad with home made dressing. My husband was so surprised and I felt so good about it. I continue to take lessons with Connie on a regular basis. We just made a Chocolate Chip Bundt cake with a homemade chocolate ganache frosting that is to die for! Her kitchen is always clean, and organized. We've worked together both in person and via zoom, and both formats are great. I would highly recommend Connie, she is an amazing teacher.

Connie’s bakes are the kind you can make memories with. They’re the sort of thing handed down through generations and she shares them with you. I am an average cook at best but wanted to lean to make a Bundt cake for my sons. It was delicious. I definitely recommend taking her lessons, learning a recipe and more importantly making a meme key.
