About Bruce
I have been a chef for 47 years and was Barbra Streisand's personal chef for more than 5 years.
I have a passion for food and cooking and love to share my knowledge and experience with others.
I have had a passion for food and cooking since the age of 15. I love to share what I have learned since then with others. Seeing people happy through my food is what I live for.
Le Cordon Bleu - Adelaide, Australia and The New School of Cooking in Culver City, CA. Basically, I am self-taught.

I start with basic knife skills. Move on to making stocks and then will teach them specific techniques, boiling, saute, grill, braise etc. Plus any particular food item they want to learn to make, I will teach them the best way.
