About Janet
I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef who has lived gluten-free for over 20 years. I understand what it means to live a gluten-free life.
Although I am a trained chef, I believe in keeping recipes simple and relatable. Fresh ingredients and the right cooking techniques are all you need for easy flavorful meals. With a background in education, I teach adults and children alike.
I truly enjoy teaching my clients the basic skills they need to make food that they love. My philosophy is to teach how to build flavor and chose the right technique so that you are more confident in the kitchen,
Teaching has been a part of my life since I was 15. I have taight corporate managers, swimming lessons, horseback riding lessons and elementary school.
