About Christine

I knew I wanted to teach cooking from my very first lesson in culinary school. I'm a front-of-the-house person with back-of-the-house skills! My very favorite part of teaching is watching my students learn and blossom in class...what fun!

As chef/owner, I have not just 17 years experience as a culinary instructor, working with all levels, but I did attend culinary school in NYC.

About the lesson

We love cooking with new students! Simply register online through our web site, show up a few minutes before class and be prepared to cook, eat, and have fun!

We have worked with everyone from 6 year olds attending birthday parties to retirees in our Fundamentals of cooking classes, corporate execs in our culinary team building sessions, and real foodies who take delight in learning and trying something new.

Look for a teacher that you connect with. You want someone with experience that you can trust to lead you down the path of knowledge, especially if you can have some fun in the process.

Our Fundamentals of Cooking series allows us to work with the same students over a number of weeks. As the students become more relaxed and confident, we can begin to up the skills they're learning.
