Cooking classes for novice and advanced cooks , Italian Cuisine , French and Mediterranean , healthy and organic cooking !

to give my students the opportunity to learn skills , tecniques and ingredients which will revolution their idea of cooking ansd also seen the satisfaction on my guest faces when they achieve results that they though impossible to achieve.

Being a chef in numerous restaurants, I have always had guests request classes as they really enjoyed my cooking and wanted to learn it.

I Have 33 years experience in the Restaurant industry internationally.

Recently i donated a 3 hours cooking class for charity , I have particpated in different events in New Jersey, including the Taste of Bergen event.
