About Chelly

The Good Food Project is dedicated to helping you improve your confidence in the kitchen in a fun and accessible way, with hands-on classes that will teach you the skills you need to cook, recreate, fearlessly customize and make each dish your own.

With 10 years of teaching experience in the Denver area, I can help you improve your culinary skills while having a great time cooking up delicious meals you'll love.

Whether you are planning a kid's birthday party, girl's wine night, looking for new ways to rework your diet or just want to learn some new skills, I'm happy to help.

I love that people can transform their lives and health by learning to cook.

About the lesson

When meeting a new student, we will begin by discussing your goals, cooking skills and dietary requests, then we will make a plan to meet your needs and get you cooking!

I've taught hands-on classes for toddlers, kids, teens and adults and run a non-profit dedicated to teaching kids to cook.

I've also planned a number of parties, chocolate tastings, wine classes, food truck rodeos, progressive dinners and beer fests.

Look for someone who can both cook and teach and is comfortable talking to and managing a group, and you need to enjoy the journey.

I recently did a birthday party where we taught everyone to make French Macarons. The results were amazing! And everyone had a great time.
