About Cathy
Cathy Katin-Grazzini is Food Editor for VegWorld Magazine and a contributing writer. A plant-based chef, culinary instructor, and coach, Cathy creates beautiful, healthful dishes that help us look and feel our best via her novel recipes, cooking instruction, cheffing and nutritional coaching in the NYC metro area. Cathy teaches and lectures about the powerful benefits of plant-based nutrition. She helps clients change their lifestyles and diets to lose weight and treat/reverse chronic illness. As a chef, she runs group and private cooking classes, and providing healthful vegan meals in clients' homes, adapted to their medical needs and lifestyle goals.
Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell, Cathy is also a graduate of Rouxbe Cooking School’s Professional Plant-Based Program. She has a B.A. from the University of Chicago, attended graduate school at Harvard University and received a M.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Cathy lives with her husband Giordano in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
