About Tina

I am a very intuitive cooking instructor - I learned from my mother and father but I also cooked in both rustic and fine dining restaurants. I've worked in homes of billionaires to startup entrepreneurs, artists, family, and friends. My simple but eclectic background gives me a great understanding of multiple clients' needs.

I love cooking - I love engaging with my clients and seeing them develop a love and confidence in cooking

I got started teaching by working with children and expanding upon that.

I've worked in high-end restaurants, rustic restaurants, in NY and in San Francisco.

I love what I've learned and love to spread my knowledge.

About the lesson

I'd like to get to know my students/clients - see what their interests are and who they are inspired by. If it's a cooking lesson, I'd like for them to let me know who or what books may have sparked their interest in a specific type of cooking or cuisine. From there, we can work together to create a cooking class or menu based on their inspirations but with their own twists.

If it's a dinner where I cater/chef I'd like to get a sense of their style and taste and go from there.

I've worked with women in their 20's for a baby shower gift (cooking class), children 8-16, seniors 65+. Adults of all age ranges.

Please make sure that your knives are sharpened. You have a clean space and that you have the kitchen basics - we can go over that on a call.
