About Olivia
Professional, personalized, and passionate care, centered around the power of plants. Participants learn how to incorporate herbal remedies & healing fools into their lives in a way that is customized & practical.
I love everything about the work I do; one-on-one clinical work, teaching, making plant medicine, and doing research. When I discovered healing in nutrition and herbal medicine, I became inspired to share this path of empowered wellness with anyone and everyone. Plants are beautiful, complex, and can be exactly what's needed to help break the patterns of illness. I love offering lessons & tools that are based on reliable scientific information in an easy to comprehend & supportive context.
I have a Master of Science in Western Herbalism from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. I am also a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Licensed Nutritionist in the state of Maryland. I have been a clinical herbalist & whole foods based nutritionist for the last 7 years, working with clients in-person and online. I also offer a lot of various types of training in both f2f and online formats, including a 7-month mentorship program. I am currently in the process of setting up a practice in Portugal that will run alongside the work I do in Maryland.

Students & I begin with co-creating a curriculum tailored to their learning goals. I find that many of my mentees end up working on healing themselves first before they learn the skills needed to work with others. So the lessons are a blend of learning how herbs work, how to assess the foods that may or may not work for them, how to work with plants to get to a place of health and how to obtain trustworthy information on how to use herbal medicine in safe & effective ways.

Details
A standard price is between 35-50$ per hour of training, depending on how much work I am doing for the class/student outside of our time together. Much of the online teaching I do is very personalized, thus there is work done outside of our time together.
