About Kim

I am very excited to help students feel more comfortable in the kitchen cooking and baking. Safety is number one. I enjoy getting to know my students on a personal level so I can help them with their skills in the kitchen.

About the lesson

I love to find out what they are interested in learning and set up an individual class or they can jump in on my group classes.

Adults, teens, children, couples.

Come to class with lots of questions to get started on a solid culinary journey.

Taught a recently divorced gentleman that did not know how to cook except make grilled cheese. I taught him how to make chicken and veggie pot pie for him and his children and we discussed knife skills, many types of oil to use and their smoke points. I also discussed how he could help his daughter that is vegetarian and wanted to know what to feed her. Fun Afternoon.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Figuring out what types of cooking or baking they would be interested in learning.

2. What skills are they in need of learning...knife skills, seasonings, sauces, baking, 30 minute meals, meal prep, etc.
