About David
For The Table offers peoeple the finest of culinary services weither it be our catering, classes, or personal chef products. We feel for the price, we use the finest ingredients available. We make as much as possible from scratch. We believe in using local products as available and we have good relationships with some local farmers. Our chef is a professional with over 30 year in the business. His desire is to share his expertise with anyone who is interested. His cooking classes take you on an adventure thru cuisine and exposes you to those parts of the world that the food and drink come from.
As a member of the American Culinary Federation as a certified chef and culinary educator, with certification from SUNY Oswego in Food Service, my enjoyment comes from sharing my knowedge and enthusiasum about food. It's multifacited benefit of improving your health, supporting the environment, helping the local economy and smaller farmers.

My classes are offered in numbers of 6, either 3 couples, or 6 individuals. If you want personal classes they take place during the day and are purchased in lots of 4-8 weeks. I develop your classes with input from the student and their wants and needs.
