About Emily
As a Bachelor of Arts holder as a Software Engineer, come learn new skills as required for languages we both can succeed together in.
I have began programming in 2009, became more serious in 2013, got my first technological job in 2013, then got my first IT programming job in 2016. Between passionate hobbying and formal education, I have exceeded expectations of many expectations of technologies both familiar and unfamiliar.
GamesByTeens (Top 3) video game contest, 2009-2011.
National Center for Women & Information Technology, 2010 and 2011.
BA as a Software Designer and Developer, Muskingum University, May 2019.
I volunteered one year for GamesByTeens as a seasoned participant.
later I helped establish Sisterhood ReCoded, a non-profit for middle school girls to learn coding. It's a summer camp.
even at the tutoring center at school, I'd take time to help CS students with some tutoring content when the tutors there wouldn't know how to approach it and leave them alone. I'd sacrifice my time from being tutored in other subjects to help these students as needed. I never took pay and technically wasn't supposed to tutor, but I did. I was never employed by the school to be tutored.
Literally sitting down and coding, using Google, going to school, and with the IT Programming job I had in 2016 I worked with SysAdmins, a programmer, and other IT members.
