About TONG

I'm a native Chinese, so I must be good at Simplified Chinese (Mandarin.

I'm now a junior majored in business, and I'm confident with my English level, because my university teaches every classes in totally English, even the professors are all foreigners. Besides, I participated in serveral abroad voluntary work, like the one in Mauritius for six weeks, our voluntary group was composed of people from different countries. So, it's easy for me to communicate with any English-spoken person.

Additionally, I'm a responsible and patient, if the student has any questions or difficulties, I will try as much as I can to help him/her. Though it's my first time to do Chinese tutor job, I'm confident and passionate that I could do it well.

I enjoy the interactions with different people. By doing this job, I could have the chance to make friends with people of different characters and learn more about other cultrue. Besides, it's a good way for me to improve my communication skills:D

I volunteered in a rural Chinese primary school to teach them art and also in a disability school in Mauritius to assist the local teachers. From these experiences, I learned how to be patient and responsible.

About the lesson

First, I will test her/his Chinese level and ask what is his/her goal.

Then, I will design a learning plan for the student according to the student's language level and goal.

After each class, I will ask the student's feedback and do some improvements for future classes.

Maybe before hiring the teacher, the student could have a free trial class or at least a conversation with the teacher.
