About Charlie
With many over 20 years in education and a vast array of experiences and skills, I have the ability to reach students at varying learning levels, styles and preferences.
I love seeing students reach that "ah ha" moment of understanding. In particular, science allows us many ways to reach and gain understanding. It is my joy to take the fear and stigma out of learning science.
Love of education instilled by my parents who were both educators.

I feel it is very important to understand the students goals for the class. Also, I want the student to feel comfortable in the education process to allow for better communication.
I have worked with all types of students at varying academic levels, junior high through college.
Make sure the teacher has good communication skills and not just subject matter knowledge.
I always enjoy having former students tell of their successes and current activities.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students need to have clear goals on what they hope to achieve through the tutoring and teaching process.
