About Jessica
I am currently a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Georgia, TREASURER of the Board of Realtors, and STATE DIRECTOR at the GAR state level. I taught myself the Prelicense real estate exam and passed the class test AND state test with flying colors, both on the FIRST ATTEMPT. I love license law, Federal Fair Housing, and statistics which are guaranteed to be on the exam. I took the Prelicense course entirely online at Barney Fletcher, which is an accredited program by the GA Real Estate Commission. I took the Postlicense at the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE) and made a near-perfect score. I have also taken many college courses (ex. statistics), and this will allow me to even MORE effectively articulate and instruct my clients. If this test is the only factor standing in your way, please give me a call! I am PASSIONATE about real estate AND instructing, and I want to make learning about real estate WAY more fun and interesting. I have taken nearly 36 hours (4 years worth) of continuing education in a quarter of the time (1 year), so I consider myself to be very knowledgeable and current.
I started in real estate as an assistant at a property management office, then assistant manager at the same office. I realized how much I LOVE the nuances of the real estate field quickly, so I went to school, took 2 exams, and received my license. I love giving back, so I love to utilize resources specifically in MY community. After every transaction, I give to a children's charity. I am also TREASURER of the Board of Realtors® in my county, and I serve as a STATE DIRECTOR at the GAR state level. I love ALMOST every aspect of real estate...except the test. No one LIKES the test, but that's what I am here for. I am here for YOU!
