I enjoy helping clients to succeed and reach their fitness goals through boxing, which builds confidence and leads to a better quality of life.
My basic knowledge of self defense started when I enlisted in the US army in 1996. then I got out and became a certified personal trainer and really focused on the sweet science of boxing and teaching it to others.
Nationally certified through nasm group fitness certified through ACE and another personal training certification through NCSA. Also two specializations: Weight Loss Management and Sports Performance Enhancement.

my typical process begins with a phone consultation for me to gather as much information about you, and vice-versa. For you to learn and understand where I'm coming from as well. If that goes well we move on to an in person or a Skype consultation where I do a movement and static postural assessment to see what your body needs for us to get started working towards your goals.

When I'm training with SAQ Elite it is intense and fast pace. You get a lot of good work in a short amount of time. You feel your body improving and get better physically. Your endurance will be better, your strength will Improve, and you will get significantly better at what you are training for.
