About Lauren
I've been boxing and competing for three years and coaching or almost two! I've learned from some of the best coaches and boxers in the Nashville area so I know how to make someone fight ready. I am a USA Boxing certified coach and official and I am also pursuing my ACE personal training certification.
When it comes to my coaching style I am very detail oriented. I like to make sure my clients have perfected a punch before we move onto the next. I also am huge on explaining the reasoning behind WHY we do certain things in boxing.
I love sharing my love for boxing with others! The most rewarding experience is seeing something click with a client and see them get just as excited about boxing as I do.
I am a USA Boxing certified coach and official. I have been an active coach for over a year and continue to learn from the best at Music City Boxing.

First and foremost I assess their skill level, fitness level and discuss goals. Whether a student is looking to train to fight or just get in shape the boxing programming will look very similar. I teach all of my athletes how to box as if they were going to fight and condition them in the same fashion.
