About Don
My name is Don Foose, I'm a certified personal trainer with 20 yrs. boxing experience. I educate people on basic boxing skills, workouts and learning how to be thick skinned in this ever so tough world we live in. I also educate my clients on proper health and nutrition. I am the author of RAW LIFE, a book I wrote about raw vegan foods, juice fasting, elixir crafting and superfoods knowledge. I'll teach you how to be in control of your mind. When you're tired at the end of the day and you're mind says "I'd rather not", you'll be conditioned to say "Maybe so, but Let's go!"
I love health and fitness, juicing, motivating others and making a difference in people's lives. I practice what I preach and I don't give up when I run into difficulties. I love to teach others how to strive to be the best they can be. I don't push, I lead by example. I was taught "You can lead a person further than you can push them."
