About Joel
I have been a part of the combat sports community in Chicago the last 20 years.
ive participated in almost a dozen competitions such as Golden Gloves and show fights against world champs in UFC and I was trained by a World Champ.
Seeing people learn what I was taught and giving back to the community.
People have seen me fight and asked me. Gym owner recommended I teach. My coach thinks I'm ready-
I trained under certified coaches and personal tutoring and mentoring by a world champ and pro fighter for twenty years while fighting show fights and sparring with professionals and world champs and participating in golden gloves. Years of gym time in multiple facilities have given me various skill sets in training. Creative yet fundamental. I'm basically borrowing from the best and some excellent hand books and my mistakes in the ring and decades of training.

Identify strengths and goals. Sharpen overall knowledge of technique and use detailed instructions and demonstrate on inanimate objects for superior training. My tutalage is used by models, actors and MMA fighters and body guards.
I have worked with kids learning to stop bullies, women/survivors learning self defense and men hoping to get into boxing from all ages and walks of life.
