About Tori
Hi! My name is Tori, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence while truly understanding what they’re learning—not just memorizing facts. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a strong background in biology, anatomy and physiology, chemistry, mathematics, and other STEM subjects. I am currently working on my masters in teaching at Belhaven. I was a private tutor for two years. Through that experience, I’ve learned that everyone learns differently.
When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, patient, and judgment-free environment. I enjoy breaking complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps and finding explanations that match each student’s learning style. Whether you need help preparing for an exam, completing homework, or mastering challenging topics, I’ll work alongside you at your pace until everything clicks.
I believe learning should be engaging and empowering. My goal isn’t just to help you earn a better grade—it’s to help you understand the material well enough that you feel confident tackling future challenges on your own. I’m dependable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my students’ success, and I look forward to helping you reach your academic goals!
