About Maryam

I believe I would make a great tutor for anyone looking for help in biology and science-related subjects. As someone who has earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Biology, I possess a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding in these fields. Additionally, my previous experience as a supplemental instructor for biology at the College of Charleston has given me valuable insight into effective teaching techniques and strategies.

What I find most rewarding about tutoring is being able to help students improve their grades and achieve their academic goals. During my time as a supplemental instructor, I had the pleasure of seeing students increase their grade point averages and gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. It is this feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction that drives me to continue teaching and helping others.

As someone who has taken the MCAT, I am confident in my ability to teach a variety of science-related topics to students of all levels. I understand that learning can be a challenging process, and I am committed to tailoring my teaching methods to each individual's learning style to ensure their success.

Just wanted to give you a glance at what I would be able to provide:

1. Figure out where you stand on our first meeting and develop a game plan. Create a google doc where you can take notes and I can see them too so I can quiz you from there.

2. Future sessions - Focused question review and approach to work on timing. And review topics that were noted on our shared document.
